We have designed our site to be as simple to use as possible and on this page we provide some tips on how to search, browse and purchase. We hope you enjoy your visit!
The easiest way to find what you're looking for is to search for it. The ‘Search’ (magnify glass) icon is on the top right of every page. Simply type a title or description of what you are looking for into the box. Keeping the description simple will return more results.
Searching is not the only way to find what your looking for, browsing the site is also very easy. The main product categories are listed in the products menu, simply click into a product category to view sub-categories or click a sub-category to view all the products available within that sub-category.
When you find an item you want to purchase, select a size (if applicable) enter a quantity and then click the ‘Add to Basket’ button. The item will be added to your ‘Shopping Basket’ this is found on the top right of the page.
When you are ready to buy, click the ‘Checkout’ button in the Shopping Basket. Complete all your delivery details on the checkout page and click either the ‘Pay by Paypal’ button. Please not you can still use a credit card if you do not have a PayPal account. Payments are processed by PayPal. Your order is then complete and details will be confirmed by email. All our prices include VAT.
Standard Deliveries are despatched within 3-5 working days. Express Deliveries are despatched within 1 -3 working days.
Our aim is to provide you with a range of products that you are happy with. In the unlikely event of any dissatisfaction or fault with the items you have purchased from this website and you would like to return them to us, please follow these instructions:
Return the product unused in a saleable condition including packaging and labels. Please use the returns label enclosed with your product as some items are despatched from different locations. You will pay for the cost of posting unsuitable or wrong size items back to us. If we exchange the items, we will dispatch the replacement free of charge.
If you find the item to be faulty, please return it to us as soon as possible. If we agree that the item is faulty, we will exchange it or offer you a refund, on both the item and your postage costs. If we find the problem to be as a result of misuse, we will contact you to discuss the situation.
